Plans

All planning applications relating to Llandudno must be made to Conwy County Borough Council.

Only after they have been received by the Borough Council will the Town Council have the opportunity to comment on them.  The Borough Council will forward the planning applications to the Town Council together with the appropriate plans. These are collected and once a month ie: the first Wednesday of each month, the Town Council will sit to give careful consideration to each application.

Copies of the applications are available for inspection by members of the public in the Town Council offices, between 10.00-12.00 Monday to Friday, or by appointment at other times.

If any individual feels strongly about a particular planning application, eg: to either object or support an application in part or in full, they are invited to forward their comments to the Town Council. All comments received will be forwarded to the committee members. The Town Council will then forward their recommendations back to the Borough Council.

The Borough Council will make the final decision on whether to approve, amend or reject an application.  Any appeals should therefore be directed to Conwy County Borough Council.
