Since 2008, the Town Council has made significant improvements to the provision of Christmas lighting in the Town.
New projects have included: lights at the Town Hall; lights on the palm trees at Carlton Island; tree lights at Trinity Church grounds, North Western Gardens and Upper Mostyn Street; lamp post motifs in Gloddaeth Street; lighting on the canopy at North Western Gardens and new lighting in the cross street catenaries in Mostyn, Upper Mostyn and Madoc Street.
In addition, the Town Council provides a number of Christmas trees across its wards, including at Penrhyn Hill roundabout, the Town Hall, North Western Gardens, Glanwydden village green, and Gloddaeth Street.
