Miss Alice 2026-27

On Saturday 13th June, Llandudno celebrated its much-loved annual Miss Alice Competition, and we are delighted to announce that Ysabella Roberts has been chosen as the new Miss Alice.

The competition is open to girls aged between 8 and 10 years old who live within Llandudno’s five wards, and this year Ysabella was selected to take on the prestigious role.

Outgoing Miss Alice, Martha Connell, warmly congratulated Ysabella on her appointment. During the ceremony, Ysabella was presented with her official Miss Alice sash and traditional Miss Alice outfit. A heartfelt thank you was also extended to Martha for representing Llandudno so wonderfully throughout her year as Miss Alice.

At 10 years old, Ysabella has a wide range of interests, including swimming, dancing, singing, jiu-jitsu and drawing. She is excited to begin her year as Miss Alice and is looking forward to representing Llandudno at civic events and community celebrations.

Speaking about her new role, Ysabella hopes to inspire others and make a positive contribution to the community, proving that even at the age of 10, young people can make a real difference. As Miss Alice, she will accompany the Mayor to civic engagements and, on occasion, travel beyond the area to help promote Llandudno and its unique Miss Alice tradition.
