The Town Council was delighted to be able to hold its spectacular Christmas Parade once again on Saturday 3rd December 2022. The Parade, through the streets of Llandudno was led by Father Christmas on his sleigh, followed by the Mayor and Mayoress and Miss Alice. Attractions included the Cambrian band, the Theatr Colwyn Robin Hood themed pantomime float, toy soldiers, stilt walkers, nativity float, elf in a bi-plane, a Christmas pudding, juggling unicyclist and Elsa & Anna from Frozen amongst the attractions, as well as young people’s groups from Llandudno.

Crowds lined Mostyn Street and Lloyd Street to watch the Parade and enjoy the entertainment outside the Town Hall, featuring Llandudno Town Band, Llandudno Youth Music Theatre, the Ysgol Ffordd Dyffryn School Choir.  There was also the switching on of the Christmas Lights at the Town Hall by John Evans, Rebecca Keatley and other members of the Pantomime cast from Venue Cymru.  

Following the Parade there was a juggling, beat boxing and unicycle show outside the Town Hall and the Batala Samba Band also performed.

The Mayor and members of the Christmas Parade Sub-Committee would like to express their thanks to all those who participated in or were involved in organising the event.

The 2023 Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday 2nd December 2023.
